Lacked Communication
We didn't receive instructions on how to use key-less lock and it was a bit difficult to get in. There were notes posted all over the house, Take off shoes, don't do this, don't do that...etc.. The master bedroom TV was an original smart TV and could only use Netflix and the remote didn't work very well. I messaged the host on Wednesday night and didn't get a response until Friday. There were wet rags on the counter and a mop and bug spray left out. I made sure to ask if there was coffee available before I got there and they said yes but there was no coffee when we got there. There was food in the fridge and freezer, I found that kind of odd. There are no ceiling fans but there were floor fans. These were all minor things but they seem to add up. It was clean and the pictures of the property were accurate.
