The house, made up of 3 small houses dating back to the 17th century, is located in the heart of the village of Ménerbes, near shops and restaurants. On a dominant position, opposite the village Citadel, it benefits from a dramatic panoramic view of the Luberon, the Monts du Vaucluse and the Ventoux. It is calm.
There are 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a billiard room, a hammam and a small swimming pool measuring 5 meters by 2 meters.
It is a family home. However, no personal effects remain in the house. Several libraries contain many books (in French and English).
As the house is located in the center of the village, vehicles park in one of the (free of charge) village car parks. For loading and unloading, it is possible to park at the end of the dead end which gives access to the house. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
