In a very estrategic location, very close to the city downtown and with direct conection to the south and east wine region and mountains, You find this very privated Gem of aparment. peacefull and exquisetly designed, closed to bars and restaurants, and to all the hip Mendoza areas. it is the perfect place to unwind and have a glass of wine after a day of tours in a very safe place.
I used to live there and I can tell you its the best of all worlds.

The aparment is located in a private safe gated neighborhood, it has a living dinning area, with a very eficient kitchen conected through a breakfast counter, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a beautiful garden with a BBQ ,and a private parking.
The layout is really eficient and has been designed with the best taste.
the Location doesnt get any better; with access to the south, and the east highways to visit all the tourist places, or just minutes away from Mendoza downtown.

Godoy Cruz is an extension from Mendoza Downtown.
the aparment location is very estrategic being just blocks away on the intersection to head south to the wine county or east to visit the other wineries area. one block away is "Calle San Martin" where you find all type of services. supermarket, hospital, restaurants, bars, bakeries. it has it all

the neighborhood has everything, from restaurants, cofe shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals. Everything you need at a short walking distance.
if you need to go to Mendoza downtown, you can do it though public transportation in (Calle San Martin) the main avenue in the city. or will take you less than 10 minutes by car though Calle Belgrano.
to get to the wine country, East or South, you are few blocks from the highway that will take you to both places. a reall priviledged location

This is a private neighborhood with a very strict rules that help to be safe and have the best quiet life. parking is alloed in the designated parking space. never outside in undesignated areas. Parties, loud music, drugs or any activities that could disrupt the living of the rest of the neighbors are not allowed.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Avenida San Martin.
