The staff was very nice a d helpful but the room was very dirty and i didnt like it that we werent provided clean towels when we put our dirty ones outside the door. We always had to go to the front lobby to get some. Also didnt like the pillows because they were to soft for me.

Staff was friendly. Room had all the amenities we needed. Kitchenette could've been a little cleaner but rest of room was great. Traffic noise from the freeway right outside the windows was noticeable.

The stay was fine. The fact that there was a lack of communication costed me funds I really can't afford. I called the hotel directly to let them know I was going to be very late checking in, & was told it was documented & fine. However when I arrived my entire reservation had been cancelled & I was forced to pay the hotel an additional 2 night stay for the last 2 days of the 3 day reservation that had been cancelled. I had already paid hotels.com for the entire 3 days!😥. How can that be rectified?!
