It was excellent stay from the moment check-in with Ms. Brenda to our room, staff at the bar. Seasons cafe, breakfast was awesome, our server DeDe was great. We will be back. Clean place, customer service was excellent. Friendly staff.

The hotel was very nice. The casino is mainly non smoking but does have smoking part of casino that holds the bar and grill and sports booking. The front desk employees were very friendly. Maria the supervisor was amazing in sorting out a transaction issue with Expedia. Thanks to her especially. ❤️

First I tried using the phone in the room it didn’t work, then there was no hot water until the next day also I left Sunday for church at 7am came back about 2pm the room was not clean went to go get something to eat came back still not clean call about 5pm reported so someone showed up at about 6:30 and cleaned it up. The other day someone just walked in to our room then came in wow, we were sitting in the room I made a report about all this and nothing was done I need some answers please thank you
