It was dirty in the parking lot. None of the keypads worked.Pool area was dirty. I t looked like a cable line was hanging almost to the ground.

The appearance in general is lacking. I thought the bathroom floor was dirty but when I wiped it down with a wet one it was just stained. The beds are comfortable, it has been quiet while we were there, & breakfast is okay, price is good, check in was smooth, & we’ve stayed there twice & so far our vehicle has been okay the next morning. I believe they are working on updating it- & it needs it.

Just not clean in the suite room. Looked like a dingleberry in the tub there was no cover over the switch in the bathroom risk of shock or being electrocuted we even canceled our second night there and left asap. And as asking Expedia for a refund for the second night

Beware - near a hoodish neighborhood of Memphis
For those not familiar with the area as we weren’t as well, you must know that this is in the proximity of one of the hoods of Memphis. When we arrived, there were individuals And groups of people walking in the middle of the street up from the hotels in the proximity of this area. The police came as well. The parking lot had trash all over in it, and there was trash in the stairs. The carpets appeared very dirty.

First off staff rude , they don’t greet you coming in nor tell you how to access the hotel or which door is closer to your room to bring your luggage in , also walking in the room there was a big stain on the sofa bed also the lounging chair was ripped up and very nasty , shower was nasty , floor had stains on the floor such as food the tv didn’t turn up door barely locked room was horrible

The phone in our room had no dialtone. The front desk gave us a business card and told us to call them if needed anything. We couldn't get the tv remote to turn on any channels. Turns out the remote didn't go with that tv. We ended up getting another. Check in was fast. Room was clean. It took a while for the A/C to kick in and work. Breakfast consisted of cereal and waffles. The toaster didn't work.
