The hotel is big and the rooms are clean. There are not a lot of extra frills, but we had a comfortable quiet stay. This was my first stay with a completely digital check in experience so it was a little strange to me. There is not a reception desk like I am used to. However there is someone stationed at a table and chairs that greeted us and helped us with anything we needed. Everyone was nice. There’s some construction going on which I am sure will enhance the facility.

We had a great stay! All the employees were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice shower and homey feel. Excited to see it after all the renovations are complete.

Felt like the week before opening
This hotel is not ready to be open. No heat in hot tub. Indoor pool not heated. Shower leaks. Toilet didn’t flush. Ran out of coffee at breakfast. Lots of small things add up to a less than acceptable visit. It should be nice when finished though.

The check in is supposed to be virtual and you get a QR key and a password (in case the QR doesn't work). There was some "online glitch" that affected me and a couple other people at checkin. It took about 30 minutes of waiting before they could get me started on booking the room. Then it took another hour before I had the digital key. Very difficult process. The QR also didn't work once to gain access to the room. Good thing there is a pin you can use to get in. Other than the technology issues, the room was nice. The king size bed had a soft side and a firm side (not sure if intentional). The wifi was outstanding! That was the best part.
