Our home is on a quiet Midtown Memphis street. You will see neighbors out walking, waving and greeting you, or sitting on their front porches waving hello.

This 1930s Cape Cod home was completely renovated in 2022 from the studs up, & we made sure the home's history & charm remained but with many amenities.
Our home is near all main thoroughfares & many Memphis attractions. Memphis Zoo, Downtown, Overton Square, FedEx Forum, & Cooper-Young.

We kept this 1930s charm & history with an open front porch, broken tile entryway, solid-wood red & white oak floors, cast iron tub, and more!

We kept solid wood doors, actual bead board on the front & back porches, crystal door knobs, a one-of-a-kind copper-inlay fireplace facade, true-to-period lighting, knotty pine paneling, penny-style floor tile, and much more!

You will love having lots of space to spend with family & friends. The main floor has two large-sized bedrooms: one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed.
There is plenty of room in the living area with two sofas for everyone to gather and watch movies on a 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services.

The upstairs area has a queen-sized bed, a fold-out double bed, a sitting room, and a full bathroom with a rain shower & a deep soaker tub with a towel/blanket warmer!

The flex area space beyond the kitchen offers a loveseat sofa that converts to a twin bed. This space has toys and games for kids and fun for families.

We hope you enjoy sitting on the front porch and around a backyard fire with your family & friends.

We have a dedicated space with a desk with a monitor and printer available if you need to do work during your visit. An adaptor is available for connecting to Apple computers.

Our home is close to all main thoroughfares & many Memphis must-see attractions like the Memphis Zoo, FedEx Forum, Overton Square, Beale Street, Cooper-Young, and Overton Shell & Park.

Visiting our son in Memphis
We came to Memphis to visit our son who is a student and soccer player at Christian Bros. University. They had 2 critical games over the weekend and won both...YAY! This was our 5th trip to Memphis this year since moving him up in January and Karen's home is BY FAR the most amazing place we've stayed. From communication, to the ABUNABCE of amenities, to the comfort of the spacious home, the big back yard for our pups, I could go on and on. We love to cook, and the kitchen is spacious and has EVERYTHING you need, and more. And the neighborhood is so lovely with beautiful homes and tree-lined streets for nice walks. We have stayed in many short-term rentals and have never stayed in one that was as well appointed as Karen's. Her very thoughtful attention to detail is truly mind-blowing. Just when you thought, "Oh, I wish I had xxxx", there it was!!! Literally, nothing was overlooked. This will be our go-to place every time we visit. Absolutely no comparison. Thank you, Karen, for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back.

Great stay/place
This place was wonderful! I always look for good beds and good shower and this place had this and more. We had comfortable seating/living room area and could talk to our group sitting at the dining table or in the kitchen in the air conditioned comfort. My sister had the upstairs space that had it's own little sitting area that she enjoyed. In the mornings, when it was cool enough, I loved siting on the back porch. Wonderful little touches with artwork we kept finding every day. Close enough to all the sites, including Beal Street where we had fantastic meals and music every night. Hands down, this is the place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again if I am on the area.

The best host ever!
We stayed for a second time and, again, loved it! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host had thought of everything to make our family feel comfortable and at home. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and more. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like having soft drinks, coffee, and even some snacks available. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The kids loved their spaces complete with toys and games that kept them entertained during our downtime. The backyard was another highlight. It was well-maintained, with a lovely back porch area where we could relax while the kids played safely. Communication with Karen was kind and gracious from start to finish. She genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. In summary, Karen went above and beyond to create a perfect home.

Home away from home
Every detail of this home was fantastic, although 3 adults were staying here we had family nearby who came and celebrated Memorial Day and we were able to accommodate ten at the table for dinner and cards, plenty of dishware and cookware to accommodate the two days of cooking and grilling.The home was stocked with many extras, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud.. This was our 5th VRBO home on our 3 week trip and it was by far the best. We would absolutely come here again

60th birthday girls trip to Memphis
The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The beds and pillows are super comfy and the bathrooms (all 4 of them!) are fantastic. Everything is modern and in great working order. We loved the neighborhood too….beautiful, brick homes with lots of character. About 20 mins from the airport and to the Beale St area. The hostess Karen is very accommodating and very easy to reach before, during and after our stay.

Perfect home base for our trip
This is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Karen was a fantastic host. She was very flexible and really helpful. The home is in the perfect location, a nice quiet neighborhood in the center of town. Anywhere we went was less than a 20 minute drive from the house. The home was well stocked and beautifully decorated. Loved the towel heater. Karen’s lovely home was large part of what made our trip so fantastic.

If you want to experience a rental, that could easily compare amenities to a five star hotel, look no further. This was by far the best rental home we have ever experienced. The host goes over and beyond from beginning to end. So many details and amenities including multiple types of wine and beer available for no extra charge. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and all the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and so clean. Ownership pride shines as Karen is the best host, and so good at what she does. All the bathrooms and the kitchen have high-end, recent updates, beautiful linens, and everything you need need and more. We 100% recommend this property and would give it 10 stars if we could.!!!!!!

Superb Vacation Rental
This home is a Jewel! Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Situated in a quiet walkable neighborhood. The home is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The host even had Christmas decorations done. The kids loved the Christmas lights. Very comfortable beds with high-end bedding and plenty of extra throws and blankets. Plenty of hot water to fill the beautiful soaking tub and lots of nice towels provided. Any bathroom amenity you could think of also provided. This is a super clean property. There was bottle water and a variety of drinks stocked in the refrigerator. If you have a sweet tooth there is a huge bowl of candy for the taking. The fur baby in our family enjoyed the large fenced-in backyard and taking walks along the sidewalk. Karen is an excellent host. She was always easy to contact and replied quickly. If I could rate this home with 10 stars I would! Thank you for hosting our family Karen. We had a lovely time.

Beautiful home with everything
This was our first time in Memphis and this home was absolutely gorgeous, welcoming and warm. This home is exactly like described and more. The owners had an eye for details, a fully stocked home with everything and anything you may need or forget to bring. We forget our games and they had board games for kids and adults to play. It is also fully stocked with all kinds of amenities, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, garbage bags, and so much more. For the kids, I think the bowl of assorted candies on the counter for guest was the highlight of their trip. The kids had a ball in this home. If you had a question the owner was available all day and at any time. They are very friendly. When we return back to Memphis this home will be our home away from home. Thanks for making our family trip memorable.

Home Away From Home
We throughly enjoyed our stay. There was a peace and comfort that was felt in every room. Not only were the basic needs provided, but the host went beyond the basic expectations. There was dove soap for men and women, every plethora of drinks, an abundance of throws and blankets, and supplies for any need you may have at no additional charge. We enjoyed the bowl of candy; I think we may return with cavities. Nonetheless, this home was charming and quiet. I highly recommend staying here! The host were pleasant and provide a great experience.

Memphis Trip
We were looking for a place in Memphis that would be big enough for our daughter's family and us. This house was perfect. The two downstairs bedrooms allowed our daughter and husband to have one room while their kids had another room right next door. My wife and I stayed upstairs. It worked out perfectly. We loved the feel of the place. So comfortable. But the best part about it was Karen. She was very eager and willing to make our stay work for us. We ended up checking out somewhat later, which made our stay much better. We're very, very grateful for that. The day we were leaving, my wife said, 'I want to come back here. To this house. Let's come back.' I guess that's the best review you could have! Thanks again. Loved it.

A Memorable Girls' Trip Getaway in Memphis!
My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karen's charming property in Memphis for our annual girls' trip weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the quiet and safe neighborhood to it's proximity to various attractions like Graceland, Sun Studios, Beale Street, the Peabody Hotel, the Memphis Zoo and Bass Pro Shop and many restaurants this house had it all. One of the first things that struck us upon arrival was the delightful decor of the house. It was tastefully furnished, and every corner seemed to have a personal touch. It instantly felt warm and inviting, setting the tone for a fantastic weekend ahead. We arrived in the evening and the porch lights and interior lights had been turned on for us which was a nice touch as well. The house was not just aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly well-equipped and VERY clean. It truly felt like a "home away from home". The thoughtful touches including a stocked fridge with refreshing drinks-a gesture that exceeded our expectations and made us feel truly welcomed. As seasoned VRBO travelers we can say this property was the BEST we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. This trip truly left us with unforgettable memories and a strong desire to return. Thank you for making our girls trip so special!

Perfect in every way!
I've stayed in many Vrbo's and this one was the best! The host thought of EVERYTHING you might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Perfect for our large family (2 parents, 6 kids, 4 dogs). All other Vrbo hosts should learn from these folks. Head to Graceland and book your stay here!
