Staff of very friendly and accommodating. Great to have hotels that allow pets. Would be great if there was a hot tub in addition to the pool but it’s Memphis and most hotels in the area don’t have hot tubs. Likely due to the constant heat.

The good, bad and ugly
First, the good: Michael B was a highlight of the stay, he's on point and a great asset. The place was within walking distance of restaurants. Gym was fine. The bad: the bartender was the front desk clerk, she didn't need to be bartending. A couple of severely underpoured glasses of wine and I was done. Sweet girl, just didn't belong behand a bar. Had to ask for the bill several times. The air conditioner in my room wasn't cutting it, the hallway was cooler. I didn't realize this until I was already in bed. Michael did give me some points to compensate. The ugly: the hotel is old and worn, it desperately needs an upgrade. Damaged wood on cabinets and furniture. Stains and burns on carpet. I won't be back, only reason I was there was the Marriott or Hilton I usually stay at were sold out.

Great stay!
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! My husband requires a wheelchair and the staff was eager to help without being asked! The hotel is clean and quiet. Felt safe and lots of restaurants around. Will stay again on our next trip.

This hotel has become my go-to when I come to visit Memphis. No matter how full the hotel is, it’s always quiet. Love the little bistro as well as the free breakfast.

We got to the hotel and there were two men smoking pot in the portico...the door was locked and no one was at the desk....elevator smelled like pot....wallpaper coming off the walls around the elevator button...got to the room it smelled weird...took my shoes off to walk across the room and the carpet was wet the inside of the shower the metal was corroded...no plug ins by the bed...completely disappointed

The room needed major upgrades. Air conditioner was broke and dust coming out of it. Bathroom shower looked to have mold on it. I took lots of photos if you want to see them. I would not recommend them to anyone and have told numerous friends to avoid this hotel.
