Great facilities and an easy walk to Beale Street. Staff at check in were super accommodating. Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had to switch rooms with little to no guests there because our room wasn’t clean. Foitprints ln the bathroom floor. Sticky substance on the counter. The hotel concierge compted us with two vouchers for breakfast at Southern Biscuits across the way No Heat. The new room No Heat maintenance jiggled a switch and now too hot thermostat sticking Freeze or Burn up. The experience was Awful and the hotel management was not accommodating. I was told to address my concerns with Expedia. Never again!

Fire alarm went off around 1645am. 9 fire trucks showed up. No one said anything to us as the entire hotel was standing outside in the cold. Finally a firefighter stated it was a low pressure hose. Fine. Whatever. Slightly annoying but ok. After being outside for a hour they let us go back in. Here lies the major issue. NO ONE knew how to turn it off! It continued to blame for another 30 plus minutes after. Not a single apology. Nothing. Frankly they were exceptionally rude about the whole thing. I even ended up alone in the elevator with tbe GM who all but shrugged his shoulders at me. Ive stayed here before, its walking distance to Beale. Its cute. However there needs to be some serious critical action lessons.

Affordable and convenient
My praise: Wonderful staff—warm and welcoming! Attentive to questions and needs as well. The area around the hotel is super walkable and close to all kinds of downtown destinations. The room was spacious, and beds and linens very comfortable. My qualms: you can hear everything in the halls and room noise echoes into the hallway as well—if you’re a light sleeper like me, it’s rough. Also the shower water pressure was poor and the water temp was barely luke warm.

The open garage had non guests hanging out and just seemed so unsecured and sign posted "not responsible for items in car" Well, we had to check out and free breakfast was longer than expected. So we had to pay additional $50 for an hour of late checkout to keep luggage in room. Never again.
