What was unique ? Long check in, the “system” was down. False fire alarms, the word was guests smoking in rooms. The staff was polite and apologetic. Can’t blame them. And what seems to be a problem in many higher end hotels, plumbing fixtures that leak and don’t work well. Shower drip all night on a metal plate! Put a towel under it! Seems to be questions about parking. Sign out front says parking 32$ . Pay at front desk. Can”seem to post pics here. The staff were good but Hilton needs to step up their game a little. Your prices and reputation for great properties and all….

Easy to find. Check in was easy, attendant was nice and helpful. Room had plenty of space, clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, very quiet. Walking distance to the Peabody, Beale Street and FedEx Forum.

I really liked this property. Checkin was easy and quick only problem for me is the limited breakfast options I paid dang 1000 for 2 nights and it was supposed to include breakfast but they barely had anything besides potatoes eggs and ham. They did have a menu you could order from but after spending all that money you would think they’d provide a decent breakfast. And the restaurant literally had 3 things in the menu they were selling everything else they didn’t have. One good thing is since I am an honors member I got 2 complimentary glasses of house wine. The property it self was nice enough and quiet at night which I like. The views were amazing at night. Also the room keys would working . Literally as soon as I checked in and went up to the room.. the key stopped working but other than that everything was fine and check out was a breeze

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Hotel location was close to many attractions. Hotel bar was attractive. However- when we pulled up to check in, it was impossible to know how to access valet parking. There was no one outside and the sign gave no explanation. When we went in there was no one at the front desk to ask. Eventually a man came out and we were able to get some answers.
