Good neighbor and dog friendly property
This property is located in a good neighborhood and is within walking distance of a large city park. The property was as described with a queen bed in one bedroom, two extended singles in another bedroom, a futon couch in the finished back pouch, and a large couch in the living room. Linoleum tile throughout made keeping dog hair cleanup easier. There is a washer and dryer in the finished porch area.
Downside: there was only four mismatched bath towels in the unit, the comforter in the queen bedroom was torn, the rug in the living room was stained and dirty, on Friday night there was no on street parking in front of the unit, not a single mixing bowl in the kitchen, and knife block only had two knives (about 10 were missing).
Upside: clean and safe neighborhood, plenty of room, fenced backyard.
