We came in town for the Rod Wave Last Lap Tour in Memphis at the FedX Forum. We booked this hotel because of the location. We always feel safe here and the front dest clerks are always courtesy and friendly.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds
This hotel is easy to get to and is located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we entered the room, We did have an issue with a loose toilet tank causing water to leak all over the floor. However Maintenance came right up and fixed it. The room is very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable great nights sleep. You can hear stomping from upstairs and people in the halls. I have a sound machine so this wasn’t a big issue for me. The shower doesn’t get hot, so if you prefer a lukewarm bath or shower this is perfect for you. I like my shower to be hot. The breakfast is good and they offer a variety of things to choose from. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to relax and unwind.
