Good hotel without coffee!
The location for Beale street is great! Just walk an about a block and you’re there. Felt very safe as well. My room looked over the Mississippi River and was lovely to wake up to. My only complaint is there is NO coffee in the room. You must go downstairs to get the coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby. Bummer!

This hotel was pretty decent. The bottom floor is really beautiful, where the talk shop and outdoor area. I loved the aesthetic and decor! I do however, feel that the rooms were a lot smaller than I thought and the decor wasn’t the best. We did have a River view so that was nice. My only thing is the cost per night for the room is too pricey. I am still waiting on my credit for the deposit plus an extra charge from the room, they charged me twice. I did call and they state that it was processed so I’m giving them 2 more days and if no refund still, then I will have to dispute the charge. Other than that it is really close to a lot of resturants and Beale street. I would stay here again

First things first this hotel isn’t on Beale street. It isn’t a terrible walk but it’s misleading nonetheless. The address is Front street but there is no access available there. You have to go around the back on MLK to enter. It’s valet parking which is fine. I selected staff as being an issue. The staff themselves were great but it’s the lack of staff that was terrible. On a Friday evening there was only a single valet attendant. The wait for someone to come to the valet stand was 15 minutes. Then after a short walk to the desk, there was only a single front desk attendant. The line wasn’t very long (5) but it was a 25 minute wait. While we were waiting, another worker showed up but just stood beside the desk and provided no service. The bar also just had a single staff member but it wasn’t busy so it wasn’t an issue. The hotel itself is very nice and the atmosphere is great. The room was a nice, cool temp. We really enjoyed the beds, the view, and the decor. Pillows were a bit flat but to some that wouldn’t be a problem. Full sized beds

Great location to Beale street
Decent hotel. Check in desk is in the lobby of the bar, not very noticeable. We never got a notification that our room was ready. Had to check back after going to Beale street to get our room key. Parking across the street was simple at only $15 compared to the 35$ valet. Although the garage does not offer in and out privileges. Very nice location close to the end of Beale street. Easy and safe to walk back and forth.
