Overall, I thought the property was great value. It's literally connected to the "Centric" (which has a nice rooftop bar). The rooms were comfortable and clean and it's a 2 minute walk to Beale. The check in experience definitely needs improvement. Our room wasn't ready at 4 so we went for a drink next door. Came back around 6pm and they still hadn't checked the room. Knowing we had already tried to check in, I think our rooms should have been a priority so we could get in our room quickly.

We had a nice stay at the Caption by Hyatt. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel appeared to be a remodeled factory building. We parked our car across the street for $15.

Last minute overnight stay from Knoxville we originally had of a restaurant down in Mississippi and decided to stop on Beale Street for some Partying I have a desk right and was the closest to Beale. Loved every thing about our rooms decor

I love this property. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, bright, the lobby area is cozy and inviting. Great restaurants within walking distance. Room are spacious and clean.

Excellent location for the Orpheum
We are two older females in Memphis for an Orpheum performance. We appreciate the extra security at the elevators. Had a bit of trouble with the hot water in the shower not being consistent. Modern eclectic young decor.

I don't often leave reviews, but this place was so fun I had to. We kept saying our college daughter would have loved it as it had a retro feel to the room - different from usual hotel rooms and gave it a fun feel with modern amenities. Added bonus was the coffee shop right in the lobby for your first morning fix. Great location near the water, as well as two blocks from the main drag to the nightclubs. Would definitely recommend staying here.
