We checked in on a Saturday and they only had two valet attendants working. After waiting an hour, we finally were waited on. However, they did not check in my vehicle, just collected key and info. When I went to retrieve my car later, they had no record of my car because they still hadn’t logged in my car. The attendant on duty was very helpful and physically went looking for my car and formally checked in my car. The staff was great, they were just understaffed and doing the best the could. Rooms are small, convenient location.

I liked everything about this hip hotel except the air conditioner electrical relay would make a loud click noise whenever it turned on. I would still stay there again if I needed to be convenient to Beale Street.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and decorated so cute! It was a great location for running in the St Jude marathon. My only complaint is coffee is not very accessible. If you want coffee, bring a coffee pot!

You need to go through the other hotel (Hyatt Centric) right next to this hotel to check in. There's no parking space, so you need to park at the garage across the street. I paid additional charge for breakfast, and it was not a buffet style as one might expect, but you order one from the menu. Rooms are very industrial, not my cup of tea. However, the bed, duvet, and pillows were exceptionally comfortable for me.

Our stay was great… until we got our car back. As soon as we got in our car, we smelled weed. Not acceptable! Glad we had some room spray.
