Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfect for up to 12 guests with a sofa bed. Located just 5 minutes from Downtown, Mud Island, Beale St, and the hospital, you'll love the convenience! Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, off-street parking, and more. Pet-friendly with a fee. We’ve included both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team so you know what to expect. We’d love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the living space will be to your left and the dining room that opens to the kitchen will be on your right.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a queen sofa bed, arm chair, and a SmartTV. A half wall separates the dining space and fully-equipped kitchen. Essential cookware and dinnerware provided as well as a table with four chairs and two countertop bar stools. To the left of the kitchen is the laundry room.
Down the hall you will find all three bedrooms and both bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a full bed, the second has a full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. Both bathrooms feature a shower/tub combination.
There is a large yard out back and a grill available for use.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located near downtown, and minutes from Mud Island.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
Some guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. We will not provide a refund upon arrival if you decide you do not like the area.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
