I used the honeymoon sweet which i now wish we hadent as the hotel knocked at our door at 10 pm stating we were to loud ? It was only my wife and i watching tv.... this was very upseting seams we werent loud and when i looked farther the add says the room is saposed to be soundproof...ALSO OUR PILLOW SHEET HAD DRY BLOOD ON IT....DISCUSTING....NO DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED ONLY A ...IM SORRY SIR ..i dont think this was good service for what that room cost me....i feel there should have been compensation

I had a very nice stay at the property. When departing at 4 am on Saturday, I had a problem with my Air Canada flight. The front desk staff were extraordinary with their assistance in getting me a taxi to Halifax, so I could save my travel plans.

Stay was good but the accessibility of the bathroom could have been better for a person that is wheelchair bound. A roll-in shower instead of a tub would have been better. The towel rack near the toilet was almost falling of the wall and was need of repair. Didn’t end up showering due to the inaccessibility. Otherwise the room was a good size and the bathroom did have grab bars which were helpful.

I would have given it 5 stars all around, if I had been able to sleep. But the walls seemed so thin that every sound was clearly heard. Also, even though the mattresses were very comfortable, the box springs were AWFUL.and squeeked loudly, every time we moved an inch.
