The location and room was perfect for our holiday; however access to the property is challenging with entry only from the east. Exiting the property at peak hour is daunting with a lot of traffic with the only exit onto the main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful, however office hours need to be extended for early leavers. Would stay here again.

Bathroom bin had not been emptied and shower - whilst appeared to have been recently renovated, albeit very roughly- was filthy and the shower head was split. Bottom sheet didn’t even cover the whole bed…mattress protector was exposed for more than half a metre across the whole foot of the bed… Will not stay again!

I was in a twin room which had a Queen and a single bed. I slept in the single bed and sad to report that I had two nights of very poor sleep due to the mattress being so hard. I even tried to put a doona under the sheet to try and soften it but didn't make much difference. Apart from this I'm very happy with this accommodation.

Very comfortable motel with good room facilities ( ie. microwave , air con , cable tv channels , dining table and huge arm chair ! Comfy bed , spacious room , easy parking ). Very clean . Very friendly and accommodating host . Close proximity to supermarket ( Coles ) and eating places . Although on main road , not bothered at all by traffic noise . Only stayed overnight but would be very comfortable for a longer stay for sure . Nothing I could fault about my stay here .

Good price for a clean comfortable apartment
Check-in was fine. We stayed in a spa room which was clean and a bit basic, and looked like it had been updated recently. The spa was great, and included two showerheads. The downside: towels although obviously washed were a bit thin and still had yellow marks on them from previous users; might be time to retire them! Spa awkward to get in and out of: maybe a step would be good? And the lighting was blindingly bright! Only two switches, and both lit up the bed area like a christmas tree. Maybe a small lamp?? Apart from that, staff were helpful and friendly.

The queen size bed had ripped sheets, the single bed had mould stains on the sheets, the carpet was covered in leaves and stuff, the room was very cold even with the heater on and the showers head didn’t work properly. We are demanding a refund for the above mentioned issues.
