Quite disappointing stay, obviously it’s not all up to the hosts as their are residents in the building too, but it was quite gross. The neighbours cans new through all your windows, right underneath was a large balcony absolutely covered in dog poo(I counted over 30 of them at one point). The balcony was absolutely caked in bird poo also. The stench when you go outside onto the balcony was sickening. The interior was alright, aircon worked and had all facilities it promised. The floor was slimy and sticky in some places. Every night the dog next door would bark and howl until 11-12 at night while the owners did nothing to stop it,

Our stay at Waterfront Melbourne apartments was good although we were lacking in a few of the things expected in an apartment for two people, for example the plunger coffee pot only made one cup of coffee at a time. We were only supplied two towels for our 8 night stay and the mat in our apartment had curled edges which we found very dangerous so we rolled it up ourselves.

We were upgraded to two rooms so my friend & I were super happy about that ! Thank you ! The only drawback for me was the air conditioner which kept vibrating & buzzing & I ended up removing the batteries from the remote so I could grab some sleep . My bed & pillow was one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in for a long time .

Great property! We had a nice view of the Yarra and the property was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. Comfortable bed, quite spacious, and good kitchenette. There is a variety of great restaurants downstairs and across the river, with easy access to trams and shops as well. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property.

The staff went over and above to assist us and upgraded us to a double room apartment before we arrived. Amazing service. Room was very clean and tiny. Everything was so close to public transport and eatery. Definitely would stay there again and recommend.
