The property is in a great area so is really well positioned. The room was a good size but a little tired in some areas. The lifts were a bit of a nightmare as there were only two working and they took absolutely ages to come, tried to use the stairs but got stuck in stairwell so had to just wait… a lot! The pool was quite small but was ok for a quick dip. Overall a good sized room, nice view and good location.

The room was tiny. Really small. The place wasn’t very clean. We couldn’t ring reception from room and had to ring oaks international to be patched to reception. Ordered room service and it never arrived (waited an hour) Poor quality teas and coffees in room. The bed reached both walls and you had to jump over the bed to get to other side.

Phone didn't function properly, neither did the door on the washing machine. 24$ for a slice of tiramisu that was barely more than a mouthful. Not great for a 4 1/2 ⭐ hotel and there's so much choice in Melbourne
