Within free tram zone
Within CBD free tram zone, you can use tram to travel within the zone (any number) FOC. Walking distance to most places. My room had good view facing the Yarra river, fantastic night view. Very good bed and pillows and the room temperature was comfortable & easy to set. No direct tram from Southern Cross station, but you can take Tram#86 and drop at Queen st stop, about 500m away to the hotel with a downhill walk. Hence, it is manageable to walk with luggage.

What a great set up for our adult family with adjoining rooms. Excellent location with beautiful river views, so close to walk anywhere or catch a tram or train. Staff were lovely & helpful & will be back to try the restaurant next time. Highly recommend for a great, easy stay in Melbourne CBD.

Hotel is in a fantastic location. Nice modern room, helpful / friendly staff and comfortable beds. The roof bar gives great view of Melbourne and is reasonably priced. Breakfast is wonderful.. highly recommended for the price.

The swimming pool was not open and it was a big pit down as it was my birthday with my wife we wanted to relax and enjoy the pool they should have warned us at booking or give a discount as not having a pool but advertising it, felt pretty disappointed

This property was well-presented, the foyer also has a cafe which is beautifully presented, and the staff were incredibly helpful with bag storage & they even tracked down my partner when he left his wallet behind. The pool was lovely and warm. Gym facilities had everything you needed. The rooftop is beautiful.

A great place in good location , bed comfy and breakfast was amazing Only gripe was the hotel organised parking close by for $35 and we could of got it cheaper for weekend rate of $20 at the same place
