Great place to stay for a family. We were a family with 2 kids and a baby in a cot, all provided. Worked very well. It was interesting that there was a full kitchen in the unit but no crockery, pots and pans, etc. Not even a knife. To be fair this was not advertised. It would have been very handy, especially if we had stayed for longer. Overall would thoroughly recommend!

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the station, the shops and food outlets. Its quiet, in spite of being on a main street, and the surroundings feel safe after dark.

I booked and paid extra for a family apartment which was 2 singles in the second bedroom and a queen in the main bedroom. There was a reasonably sized kitchenette. However, there were absolutely no cooking utensils or eating knives , forks spoons or bowls and plates etc. The cupboard was bare !. . If I'd been there with my family there'd be no way I could cook and eat in-room. Very poor !. I asked the concierge why and she said they just don't provide such utensils any more !.

Airconditioning was faulty and leaked all night I wasn't able to turn it off due to a heatwave and I will told I couldn't be moved because the hotel was full.. Housekeeping did come to give me new towels because I had used mine to mop up the water. I noticed a lot of bugs in the room also. I wouldn't stay here again and no offer of a reduced rate for the room which I found disappointing.

Not too bad but bathroom had female hair left
It wasn’t too bad not as clean as I thought it could’ve been what ticked me off was found female hair in the bathroom hanging off the towel rails
