Customer service is dreadful. Heard them lying on the phone then tell the other staff member that they think the customer brought the lie. I had also sent a request through about my booking before the date and they ignored it completely as if i never sent the email.

Very nice property, wonderfully comfy bed, large bright and airy room with gorgeous views, close to the city and so convenient with a tram stop 2 mins walk away. I will definitely stay here again!

Comfort, clean and wonderful staff.
Like always a wonderful stay. Beds and pillows so comfortable it’s hard to get up in the morning. Great friendly staff and very clean hotel. Only a $11 Uber ride to crown casino. Will always come back
