I stayed here for 3 days for my birthday, and chose this hotel for the name it has and also that the room had a spa and city views. It ended up being much more like a 3 star budget hotel, very disappointing, and I didn't end up using the spa in my room because it was very old. My view looked straight out onto the apartments across from me, so I could see people lying in bed etc and the rest of the view was an alleyway with two skip bins. The fridge and microwave were also very old, and the furniture as well as the carpet need an upgrade. I wanted to leave on my first night there, but as I had paid in advance, I wasn't able to get a refund. Very disappointing experience, and very very expensive. Will not be returning.

Loved the location and the hotel. Staff were fabulous. We had a two bedroom apartment. Bedrooms were extremely small with double beds. I would have expected king size in a hotel such as the Stamford

The staff are lovely and very helpful! Perfect breakfast as well. We had dinner in the restaurant 1 of the nights and it was delicious, we hadn’t booked so they squeezed us in but I would recommend booking. Overall it was a lovely experience!

The worst room service I have every had, in any hotel anywhere in the world! It was so bad it has shaded the entire experience. I let the staff know how bad it was and they said and did nothing, not even an offer apology or ask why it was so bad. I will remember and talk about this hotel for may years.... not in a good way.
