Nice getaway close to the beaches
This was an apartment building with a gate so we were very safe during our stay. The place was clean and prepared for us on arrival. David was responsive to all our questions and even gave recommendations. There is a pool on site, but it was under maintenance during our stay. There were not pool towels available, but plenty of individual showering towels. We thoroughly enjoyed walking my dog and nephew around the center field that had tons of space to play fetch with our dog too. This stay made me want to return and explore Melbourne more. Thanks David!

Overall the property met my expectations. Did not give 5 stars because of an issue I had with gnats and little black ants. After speaking with property manager regarding the insect concerns he assured that it would be handled, unfortunately not prior to the end of my 7-day stay.
