The front desk service was excellent, but the room needs to be refurbished (tiles, carpet, etc). The air conditioning was very noisy, so I had to sleep wearing my coat. The blanket was dirty and smelly, as were the towels and shower wall tiles.

Decent place. But there are a few legitimate complaints: My room didn't look like the pictures when I was booking online. My room was okay size. But there was too much old unattractive furniture crammed in there. So it felt really tiny and not so inviting. The bathroom and the refrigerator were good. The gym was good, although again it's tight with space. There are too many cardio machines in there, and no space to use the free weights. Also the location is about 10 minutes from CBD by tram, and there's a tram station right outside. So the location is okay, and is definitely in a safe place. But it could be closer to the places of interest.
