The location was great. Having to pay $30 extra for early check in was unreasonable. The walls were dirty and the bathroom was not the cleanest.

This is one of terrible place I stayed , so much inconvenience. Staff very much unhelpful I forgot few items ( 3 unopened whiskey bottles ) When I contact hotel after 3 hours . They said Cleaner put in garbage 🤔. This is the only hotel I come across lost property throw in to garbage bin 🤔 Never recommended to anyone . Very unclean place 4 people. They gave us only 2 towels . Toilet plush broken, not worth for money at all . Staff communication terrible can’t understand English 🤔

Was a weird way to check in, but so close to trains and trams and all the attractions we needed to see
