The accommodation was fine clean and staff friendly. Our only issue was a fan in our room it took them a while to change our room and it was 11oclock at night by the time we got to bed and the time delay was 1am so was exhausted. Otherwise everything good.

Quiet Hotel Yet So Convenient
Fabulous location. Had a nice view over the park. Just a quick walk to free tram stop and not fat to train station. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice meal at the hotel

It's a good size room for the price. My room was not facing the street so it was quiet. The staffs were very friendly. The hotel is at the edge of the CBD. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the State Theatre. If you don't like to walk, you can take the light rail.

Good location. Building is a bit dated and dark but the facilities and internals are all quite modern and with actual usable towel racks in the bathroom. Comfy bed, really friendly staff. Water pressure a bit weak and our bedroom was quite exposed noise wise to the elevator lobby on our floor coming right off it.

What I liked. The park across the road. The proximity to Birds Basement and oldest church in Melbourne. Also great breakfast options. Comfy bed and good shower. What I didnt like. Super slow check in. No openable windows in room, so stuffy.
