Property is well appointed and comfortable. Only issue is the reception opening hours on weekend. I didnt recieve email about this until late in the day and was unaware of check-in times. Really lucky receptionists was working late and was able to check me in.

The property was located clos e to public transport with easy access to the city and inan attractive street. The receptionist was helpful and the apartment spacious and ideal for a week's stay. The apartment would have benefitted from a good clean and the stand alone fan was broken. Although the apartment was light, there was no view from either room on account of the opaque glass. Prior to our arrival I had rung and confirmed that we would be checking in after office hours and was advised that would not be a problem - on arrival it was !

We should have been told about the construction going on early mornings only meters from our accommodation. Right outside our bedroom windows. The place was okay but cleanliness wasn’t great. We had some person staying at the accomodation yelling out from 4am in the morning until 6am on our last nights stay. When that stopped the construction began. No sleep!! When asking for a late checkout because of previous nights ordeal, the front reception said 11am max!! No apologies. So no will not be staying again.

Great location and good for what we paid. A little maintenance required though (blind broken, power outlet for washing machine not working, moldy shower) Carpark is really tight width and height so be mindful if you have a bigger car! Lovely staff who let us check in early so we could get ready.

Good accomodation, excellent location being so close to the free tram zone and being able to park there. Also, very understanding staff when our car wouldnt start to give us extra time in the room on check out while it was sorted!

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist. The room was clean and tidy. Parking was very tight and difficult to find a spot late in the evening. Very disruptive sleep Sunday night with other guests coming and going, slamming doors.

The apartments are a good size and in a great location walking distance to Queen Victoria markets and the CBD. Parking was easy, but it would be tight for large vehicles. Kitchen wasn’t well equipped and the cleanliness wasn’t fantastic but overall good value for money.
