Pleasant Stay
We requested for a quiet room and we were given a quiet one away from the main road. It was a pleasant stay for 15 nights. The apartment was serviced almost daily except for Sundays and public holidays. The staff were pleasant and provided toiletries whenever we ran out of them on light or no servicing days. Hope to stay here again in future.

The 2 bedroom apartment is marvellous. With a full equipped kitchen plus another smaller kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms and a sitting lounge where we can relax and watch tv together. The beds are comfortable. The reception was helpful in fixing our card to the carpark. Although we need to pay parking fee but it is a secured car park. It takes 35 min to City but we don't think it's a problem. There is a shopping centre nearby with a lot of eateries. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Clean but not very spacious
After staying in a one bedroom on our previous stay, we booked a studio this time and were rather disappointed. While the one bedroom was extremely spacious, the studio was very cramped, although it did have a washer/dryer, etc, but no oven.

The perfect base for our stay during our time in Melbourne. The property was generously able to meet our request for an early check in, so that we could freshen up between our early morning flights and a funeral. They were also able to extend our stay when we decided we needed more time with our families afterwards.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony at the rear of the building, it was quiet. If I had a room in the front, the traffic would have kept me awake, Springvale Road is very busy 24/7. Will most likely stay here again when I return for work early in the new year, but only if they could guarantee a room at the rear of the building. The location is very convenient, close to transport and shopping precinct.

We had a great experience at Quest Glen Waverley. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments but when check in had an upgrade to 3 bedrooms apartment.That was very nice. The Unit was very spacious, clean and nice modern decor and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there, definitely come back next time.
