Tasteful and roomy, excellent apartment.
We stayed in a 1-BR apartment. Very tasteful furnishings, very new bathroom, bedding and linen was excellent and the bedroom was completely dark due to perfectly fitted black out blinds. The size of the apartment and fully equipped kitchen and washing machine plus dryer is perfect for longer stays. Staff on site were helpful and friendly. Car park was only $22 for the night.

Stayed multiple nights. Well located close to Smith St and nicely furnished. Reception staff very welcoming. Unfortunately cleaning/servicing not up to standard. Shower was mouldy and had to call each day to have the room turned over. Housekeeping staff seemed unfriendly and put out by having to service the room. We booked parking in andvance and paid up front only to find the car park had been oversubscribed on one occasion - property needs to manage parking allocations better. Overall, good not great.

The property had been completely renovated in last year or so. It looks great. Our one bed apartment had a great layout and style. Hotel is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket and CBD. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only slight negative was the diffused fragrance throughout the hotel - it was a nice smell but was too strong. We found and switched off the plug in diffuser that was in our apartment which helped a lot. We would do the same next time and happily stay there again.

Access card to lifts cancelled before 10. 00 Lifts busy and had several loads of bags, my wife caught on top floor unable move without my help, are both pensioners, bit of leeway would be great this made for a terrible customer experience,, also found out later that morning i must have left my car unlocked im car park and glove box and centre console contents taken, car park not secure Will find hard to recommend property
