The property had been completely renovated in last year or so. It looks great. Our one bed apartment had a great layout and style. Hotel is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket and CBD. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only slight negative was the diffused fragrance throughout the hotel - it was a nice smell but was too strong. We found and switched off the plug in diffuser that was in our apartment which helped a lot. We would do the same next time and happily stay there again.

Access card to lifts cancelled before 10. 00 Lifts busy and had several loads of bags, my wife caught on top floor unable move without my help, are both pensioners, bit of leeway would be great this made for a terrible customer experience,, also found out later that morning i must have left my car unlocked im car park and glove box and centre console contents taken, car park not secure Will find hard to recommend property

The room was nice & plenty big enough for what we needed (2 people in a studio). It was nice & quiet & dark in the morning so nice opportunity for a little sleep in. Would book again if we need accom in Collingwood area.

It was a pleasure to be greeted by Ella at reception. She was polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable with plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our room was quiet with no street or noise from adjoining rooms being able to be heard. I would highly recommend. We will definitely being staying again on our next trip to Melbourne.

The room has everything we need and is very clean throughout. We particularly like having cooking facilities and the breakfast nook is very cute. The bed is comfortable and blackout curtain appreciated. The wifi is good. The customer service is excellent - we had our dates incorrect and they were very helpful in accommodating us for an extra night.

Hi there, I booked a two night stay in the hotel as i wanted to stay close to Gertrude Street. The lcoation was excellent. I first checked into a studio on lower ground at rear of the building and it felt quite dark. I needed to work on my computer during the day so i asked if i could mvoe to a brighter room. The staff were so accomodating and i upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the street side which was much brighter. The entire staff during the stay were very friendly and really made my stay a great one. I would stay here again.
