Lovely staff but noisy fridge, patchy wifi, room was cold, gym equipment was faulty, spa was closed for repairs and they charged me for parking despite have loads of spaces outside the building.

Liked: Close to our location of interest and a comfy bed. Disliked: The uncleanliness of the room, which included the following. Black mould in the shower, dirty stains up the wall behind the bedside cabinets, the stains under the glass on top of the cabinets, stained duvet, unsightly torn lampshade, no heated towel rail, lighting in bathroom very poor, no phone in room to be able to call reception or outside ( even though the room info sheet says dial “9” to contact reception. Photos on website do not represent the true image of the room. Many years of travelling overseas and this would be one of the worst accomodation we have stayed at. Would not recommend.

Gym equipment and spa not operational which was disappointing. Room was ok besides shower head not working properly and a few ants on countertop. Wifi is terrible and appliances in the room very dated I.e T.V. Parking is any extra fee of $10 which seems excessive considering it’s not secure and shared with a couple ground one businesses.

Check in process was super easy and staff were extremely helpful pre-check in and during our entire stay. Loved we had our own washing machine and dryer. Location is central to everywhere and having Chadstone Shopping Centre 2min away was a blessing. The Chinese restaurant downstairs is a must-try too!
