I don’t like you can’t book your car in advance even though I was told to call 2 days in advance but when a spot came available we were alotted one. Love our discount Expedia gave us for our carpark. Staff were helpful with a few small things eg no teaspoons Love the pool. We were out a lot visiting my daughter. Unfortunately there were a lot of stains on the carpet and lounge. Our room was always well cleaned with fresh towels and bed made and amenities replaced eg tea coffee milk etc which was lovely to come back to.

The room we stayed in at Pegasus was pretty small, the first thing I noticed was the smell of the toilet. The property was just average and noise could be heard throughout the nite. The big surprise was the queen size bed, while nice in size, the comfort level was very very disappointing. This bed was way too soft in the middle, giving the occupant a sloping effect, the mattress needs to be replaced so your actually sleeping straight. The pool and spa are very nice, and the staff are friendly aswell, and both are the only bright spot of this review.

Stay 4 nights at this apartment. Overall quite good. Great location, friendly reception. However we noted the carpet floor the very dusty especial on one if ours room. My son got breathing issue sleeping in that room. Also 1 if the room door hinge make squeaky noise which I have mentioned to reception but seem like they forgotten so won't be bother to ask again. Other than that it good.

I stayed at this hotel in Melbourne for 10 nights and absolutely loved my time there. The room was spotless, really well-designed, and had a cozy vibe that worked perfectly for someone like me, who has pretty high standards when traveling. The location was unbeatable—super close to everything you’d want to check out in Melbourne. Whether it was grabbing coffee at a nearby café or exploring the city, everything felt just steps away. The staff were also so lovely! They were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. That said, there were a couple of things to note. The bathroom and shower didn’t have much storage or shelf space, which could be a bit inconvenient. Another thing was the noise level—it wasn’t a dealbreaker, but I could hear when people were leaving or entering their rooms, shutting doors, or even talking in the hallway. All in all, I’d totally stay here again. The pros far outweighed the cons, and the clean, well-kept room combined with the amazing location and great staff made it a fantastic place to stay in Melbourne! Highly recommend.

Would appreciate total refund and compensation for the stay. Four specific reasons for that a) A 5 foot mirror randomly collapsed in the room with shattered pieces all over the place, with my 3 kids including a 2.5 year old in the room. b) Replacement room had unhygienic yellow stains on the blanket (multiple) c) bathroom sink clogged multiple times, door didn't get locked and had to complain to get it fixed d) swimming pool did not work and the replacement was a 10 min walk through the city to get to it
