The property is a bit rough and ready, but it's secure, the rooms are clean, and it's very very handy to all the restaurants, shopping and transport options around Brunswick.

This felt like quite an unsafe venue. There were stains on the walls and bedsheets. The hall stunk of cigarettes.

Very worn room, was given a old oil heater because there is no reverse cycle - still very clod though, hot water lasted about a minute, very poor lighting, stains on the carpet, internet very slow, needs massive upgrade. OK if your not going to be in your room much but this is the worst serviced apartment I've stayed in and I've been all over the world!

Property is old, run down, outdated furnishings. It was the cheapest in the area and clean on arrival. House keeping was non-existent other than to enter the room and open the curtains and turn off the heater.

It was… ok. The main bed was alright, the second bed had springs poking through. The couch was horrendous and we found a bunch of food under the cushions and down the back where it was torn. We did do a check for bedbugs but it seemed to be safe. The bathroom was quite nice with a good shower head.

Conveniently located. Parking seemed ample at Check-in but on returning after dinner every spot was taken and we had to park on the street. This was OK but for a person on crutches to park across the road was tricky.

Positives were that the check-in was easy, bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The property and room were really dated and need some TLC (e.g. marks on the walls). My room must've been at the end of the plumbing system because I could hear running water all the time and felt like I could hear every toilet flush! The heater and bar fridge in the room were both very noisy.

Close to great restaurants
This is a budget hotel which was close to where the work meetings were. The shower was hot, there were 2 clean towels. I only paid for 2 star and got 2 star. So can’t complain. Walking distance to Sydney road where great Vietnamese & other restaurants are.

The hotel was nothing like what the images suggested, my daughter and I were going to stay together there so we could go to our event but we were there for 3 hrs to get ready then drove him. The hotel room had scuff marks all over the walls, the couch had a throw over it and even that had its marks on it. The cover on the bed had white marks on different spots and looked like it had not been drycleaned in a while, I sat on the bed for 2 minutes and was bitten 2 times. My daughter sat at the table and found food crumbs in the chair were bitten at least once, the fence in the courtyard needs some work as one good wind storm might fall. The draws had string to open them, the wall beside the bed had scuff marks over them and the draws between the bed and wall had not been cleaned in between and the dust and dirt were think down the side, the airconditioning unit had not been cleaned on top for a while I did not want to turn it on for heat as my daughter is asthmatic and I did not want there to get an asthma attack as it had not been cleaned on top for a while so it suggests it had not been cleaned. The bathroom only had one heat light working, there was noticeable mould in the grout and seals.

Needs a bit of an update. Looks in original conditions Little bit sad with the carpet and fixtures. Our kitchenette area looks original and had a door missing. Clean and comfortably beds. Did what it needed to do- sleeping spot. Close to lots of things.

Great location and very close to public transport and access to many amenities in and around Brunswick and city . The managers of the property were friendly and welcoming . I would probably suggest flys teens on the front windows for security and perhaps sone areas needed to be updated and painted like the carpet to give the apartments a cleaner new look .overall good value for money thank you
