Convenient location.
Comfortable with easy access to restaurants and shops. Train station is also just next door. Very convenient. Parking is available underground and access to elevators are secured with key cards.

Recommend to stay at Park Avenue, Ikon apartment
Apartment is very clean. Beds are very comfortable . Easy access to eateries and restaurants as it is just across the road where the apartment is, shopping at the Glen is five minutes away from the apartment. Train station to city is just downstairs behind the building. We had a wonderful stay here

Great place to stay.
Good location, near The Glen, so very convenient. A bit tricky trying to get the key because of the roadworks around the building. Luckily the manager is helpful on the phone. Price was very competitive.
If you need to stay in Glen Waverley, stay here! It is pretty good value for money. The only bad part about it is that the take away coffee place right next door (out the front door turn left, great coffee), isn’t open on a Sunday morning, so you have to walk about 75m up the road to get a coffee that is nearly as good!
Property was very clean and well-maintained. It would be helpful to have an extra set of keys provided when the occupants are more than a couple, as we were, as we left and returned to the property at different times.
Being close to the train station and shopping mall was very convenient. Complementary parking also was a big plus for us. We are repeat guests and will use these apartments again. Thank you for a well-managed stay.
