Stayed here for a conference at the convention centre and couldn't have picked a better spot. The convention centre is conveniently attached to the hotel by a walkway making it easy access with the unpredictable Melbourne weather. The club lounge access was definitely worth getting and the barista made coffee was great in addition to the club food options which were delicious and fresh. The Club was also very spacious and child-free after 5pm which made it pleasant to catch up on work and relax with some wine after the conference with amazing views of the city. Plentiful alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to choose from including cocktail specials each day. The Club had a relaxing vibe to it and was the perfect option for relaxing while traveling solo on a work trip. Appreciated the room upgrade too. Professional check in staff and lovely porters. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, especially if I was down in Melbourne for a conference at the convention centre.

Had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific. Upon arrival around 1pm we not only had access to our room but were upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the top floor! The convenience of value parking alone was worth it. What I was most impressed with was although we had a late check out we opted to check out at earlier 11:15am to shop at DFO. Our bags were left with the concierge and upon returning 2 hours later to leave were told the bags were now in my vehicle out the front! Super impressed the staff were so efficient and organised. Our only disappointment albeit quite minor was the limitations on the night owl menu. We found the options quite limiting. An option for a toasted sandwich ie cheese or cheese/ham would meet a lot of people's brief after 10pm at night but nothing of that nature was available. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the venue to family and friends. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Well done Pan Pacific and Thank You!! We will be back.

We were made to feel very welcome, our room had the beautiful morning sun and view of the river . We had everything we needed in the room, including a good hairdryer . We stayed in the king pacific room and it included breakfast and evening drinks and nibbles which was perfect for us.

Nice room, but annoying whenever someone comes in the room (like to replenish water bottles at night) they take the room key in the electricity slot. So you return to a room with the wrong temperature and complete darkness.

The Pan Pacific is conveniently located on Melbourne’s South Wharf and directly connects with the Convention Centre. DFO is next door and has lots of great shops to explore. The staff are very kind and helpful and the club room was fantastic
