We loved staying at Ovolo! The staff were so lovely, the vibe of the hotel was so inviting and interesting. The breakfast was also incredible! Can't wait to come back with our fur child!

Ovolo was amazing to stay at. Food and dining options at the Lona Miss were extraordinary. The room was very clean and well kept. The overall experience was better than expectations going in.

A great stay close to everything -we parked the car, caught the train into Melbourne for some shopping and then back for a great meal nearby and an awesome underground bar-what else do you want? Stylish, clean and excellent service-best beds too!

They have thought of everything in these compact rooms- so well designed and functional. Staff were exceptional at check in, check out and in the front bar/ dining area. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again as the price was great and location was perfect for us.

Funky and quirky little place. Supposedly a “Small Luxury Hotel”. Room was small and had lots of stuff to buy but no simple amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel (slippers, robes, toothbrush, iron/board). I’m sure it’s all in the name of “sustainability”. And the air con was not working sufficiently - the corridors were cool but the room certainly wasn’t. Despite contacting the front desk 4 times about the issue we were never offered a different room. They supposedly “reset” the aircon several times. Breakfast was included in our rate but it only includes one plate from the menu, a hot drink and one juice. That’s of course in the fine print. Everything else costs extra but nobody explicitly tells you and you get only hit with that at checkout. One morning we arrived 10 minutes before the end of the breakfast window. We got that breakfast served with a generous side of attitude. Will not return. Ever.
