I was actually disappointed in the hotel for the price we paid. It was clean, staff were friendly and it was walking distance to Marvel stadium, as well as having supermarket etc next door. Had basic amenities to cook, although we didn't use them. Downside was that it was the noisiest hotel we've ever stayed at. There was yelling and yahooing from people walking down the street at all hours, as well as noise from kids going up and down the hallway in the morning. The door was hard to open and the gap under it was large enough for a large moth to come and go. The air conditioner in the room was super loud. Pillows were uncomfortable, towels were scratchy and toilet paper was cheap. For the price I would have expected more.

Great location. Parking is a strange set up with elevators not going to all levels and having to walk out to the car park for reception but all in all a good property.

Very convenient location with good parking (shared with shopping centre). Easy walk to the dockland piers and great restaurants in the area. Rooms are a good size and were clean. Would stay here again.

Nice central location. Our room was not cleaned properly, blood stain on linen and hair in bath and sheets. Lots of marks on the walls, bathroom door handle broken and pile of dust on the fridge.

I recently stayed at Nesuto and overall, I found it to be a great experience. The location is fantastic, with a Woolworths right downstairs, plus plenty of shopping and public transport options nearby. However, I did face some issues with housekeeping. There were empty cans left on the balcony, hair in the bathroom, and unclean dishes upon arrival. Additionally, the dishwasher in our room was not functioning properly. We reported this, and the team at reception provided instructions for use, but it seemed like it might have been damaged prior to our stay. Despite these issues, I would definitely consider staying at Nesuto again in the future due to its unique charm and excellent location in Melbourne.

Docklands is a bit of a ghost town, shopping is below average. Limited dining. Accommodation was great, walls are not soundproof. Sat on the bed and could hear the tv from the next room. The shower mysteriously ran for 3 minutes while we were trying to sleep. Spacious room.

We moved here after having a terrible experience at another hotel. This hotel definitely made up for it. It was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly and let us have an early check in. Great location with a Woolworths in the same block. Restaurants, takeaways, shopping, cinema, Melbourne Star, dreamskape etc all directly across the road. The tram is at the end of the street and so is the dock with restaurants. We will definitely be booking the Nesuto when we come back to Melbourne.
