Nestled between Rosebud and Flinders, this large newly built, comfy home is in the heart of Cape Schanck. With a wonderfully peaceful, rural vibe you will feel the stress melt away within minutes of your arrival. Only 7 minutes from nearby beaches, world class golf courses, hot springs, wineries and family attractions, there is always something to do. This 5 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 adults and has an additional cot/change table for those little travellers. The large king master bedroom includes a double shower ensuite, twin basin and toilet. The large family bathroom serves the remaining rooms and includes an oversized bath, shower and separate toilet. The stunning white marble kitchen features a large oven, 5 burner gas cooktop, and butlers pantry where your coffee machine, microwave and additional appliances call home.

The open plan living/dining area features a glorious wood fire, pool table and a fully equipped games cupboard for those gaming enthusiasts (kids games are also included). Outside there is a large alfresco dining area, drinks fridge, webber BBQ and fire pit for those chilli winter nights. If you feel the need to put on your walking shoes there are many options, including a hidden gem at the end of the street which leads onto the fairway of the 8th hole on the RACV golf course.

Spend your mornings on the deck, coffee in hand while listening to Bass straight crashing against the cliffs of Cape Schanck.
