We enjoyed our stay
Service was good, the room clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the TV which was promptly fixed once we contacted reception. The only let down of our stay was the extremely limited range of wine at the restaurant the club next door which is where the bar and restaurant are that are mentioned in the hotel description.

I travelled with My Elderly Parent. Checking in was a breeze. At Check in I was offered to drive around and enter the side door where the lift was located to take My Parents up to our room, with ease. I had 3 cases and an over night bag and suits bag. I was told to just leave everything at reception. He (the gentleman who checked me in )would take care of them. I drove to the side door, got my parent to our room and all our cases were in our room.. I cannot tell you how ,unchecked that helped me. Friendly staff all round. We stayed for 2 nights. I would recommend Mucure Packenham to Everyone.

nice & relaxing for a new Hotel
a newish Hotel of 15 Months. my checkin was fast & easy & the very lovely Miss M was fantastic, even offered to help me with my luggage, the room was large, only a view of the car park but nice to lay at the window & relax, the door slamming was a pain, Guests need to be considerate. Breakfast was continental only & they need to lift their game here, no cutlery at table, no greeting, only had 1 danish out,1 piece of watermelon, 1 piece of fruit bread & it was hard, wasn't worth the $16.50.

The rooms are well appointed and Staff were all extremely attentive and helpful. We were travelling for work purposes. Bed was very comfortable which is what you need for a good nights rest. Onsite parking, room service sited our needs.

The Mercure had everything needed for an overnight stay. We dined next door at the restaurant. Lots of food options very close by. Gumbya World is only 18mins away. Room amenities were great. Clean, modern, and spacious. We are a family of four and had plenty of room. The hotel overall is beautiful on the inside. There is a coffee machine in the foyer for those who like coffee. This hotel is great, we will definitely stay here again, next time for a longer stay.
