I've been staying here for over a month due to a long-term project, and every day, I'm captivated by the stunning view. I stayed with my family with a toddler, and they all simply loved it. The apartment I chose itself is spacious, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and more. It's been a fantastic place to call home during my stay. Highly recommended!

Great apartment with amazing views in 3 directions of the Docklands, city and bay. Great balcony. Excellent for family get together of 4 (easily fit 7-8). Comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Check in located a few blocks away, but good communication. Easy walk to Marvel stadium. Woolies a few blocks away and 15 minute walk to Southern cross station. 2 minutes walk to tram stop. Lovely walk along boardwalk, but unfortunately not many dining options open nearby. Bathroom and shower nice and clean, but terrible water pressure and dodgy shower heads in both showers. Ensuite door swollen with water damage and smells mouldy. Insufficient tea towels, but plenty of bath towels. Blinds on all the windows which helps to block out some light (not great for sleeping in though). Nice looking pool though we didn’t use. Would stay here again if there was a group of us.

Apartment was great but check in experience was worst we have ever had in many years of travelling. We had replied to email and advised eta at 7pm as requested but on arrival in Melbourne received txt advising office address had changed so naturally assumed someone would meet us there. It was closed and calls eventually got someone to the apartment to check us in after a long day. No idea who it was as she was rude, surly and did not introduce herself, only demanded id and credit card details. The bond was taken out of our card, and not refunded for 7 days, also the only time that has ever happened, as it is usually only held until check-out. A nice lucrative sideline! If we owned an apartment under this management we would be extremely concerned at the levlel of service.

Newer apartment on level 7, basic furniture in good condition and spacious enough for 3 people. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with full kitchen and balcony with great views over the water. Good water pressure and clean bathroom. Full fridge and washing facilities. Parking easy to access under building via garage door opened with fob not remote. Beds in apartment are firm, if you prefer medium or soft mattress this will not suit. Bed is 2 singles put together so there is a hard centre divide.Building is at the end of Collins Street very near a tram stop but a car is easier to get around as you are not in the heart of the city. Still a good place to stay regardless. A very nice stay apart from the hard beds. Clean and new building.
