The lights in our unit weren't working properly The window curtain opened onto a carpark/office space so you couldn't let natural light in as were unaware if someone could see you . Roof service trays were put out at night and still there till 5pm the next day.

We rated this way because our first 'hot' breakfast was luke warm. Our second night we ordered soup from room service the soup was no where near warm, let alone hot. I was surprised at the location, without a car you feel trapped. We didn’t have our last breakfast hoping we could get something hot for breakfast. Objective achieved. The shuttle was great. General service people friendly and helpful.

I thought the price could have included breakfast. Also, once the booking was made there was not an option to cancel without losing the whole amount. I paid the whole amount up front. I think it showed a lack of good customer service considering the rigidity of the booking and payment. Overall my stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. A transfer to the airport was very convenient.

The staff and accommodation were great but I got sick from the food not only this time but the last time I stayed at Mantra Tullamarine. I had the cured meats, dip and crackers this time and the chicken risotto the last time and was sick with diarrhea all night. I only got about an hour or two of sleep because I was sick on the toilet. I’m not sure what’s different because I’m a returning customer who usually stays at Mantra Tullamarine when I’m in the area. I haven’t been sick all the other times I’ve stayed there apart from the last two times.

the lady that checked me in at reception was a bit rude. didn’t smile or make me feel welcomed. also i called and asked for my room to be cleaned & bed made. i left my room for multiple hours & came back no one had come to my room. overall rate my stay a 4/10

Room was okay. Bed was comfortable. The parking was ridiculous. If you went out and come back in you would have to keep going into reception for a new parking ticket. Wouldn’t stay here again because of this.
