Nice hotel, new & clean. Very expensive and staff not very helpful. Bar/restaurant closes very early for a hotel whose primary guests are travelling and arriving at all hours. Could be better signposted from T4, got a little lost

Automated check in is a great idea when it works. Arrived after midnight of booking due flight delays. System said oops yourna bit early!!! Not exactly what i wanted to hear at 1am. Had to wait in a queue toget resolved by front desk. Not good enough Accor you should be able to resolve these basic issues. Other than that its a great hotel.

The air conditioning was not adjustable in the room so we couldn't turn it down at night so barely slept as it was far too hot. TV kept rebooting and doing software updates so gave up on that.
