I would like to make a suggestion Supply face washers to use in the shower Even though a mistake of giving a card with my room number and having the poor lady enter my room while I was sleeping which was quite scary Staff rectified the problem but a bit difficult when I had to find my drivers license and room key to prove I was the guest in the room

The hotel was conveniently located near Marvel Stadium where I was attending an event and was an easy walk to it. The room was small but clean and good for a night’s stay. There were plenty of pubs and bars in walking distance too. The parking company they were affiliated with was pretty far from the hotel and I wouldn’t want to carry heavy luggage that far especially if it’s raining, which it was the night I was there. Overall it was clean, quiet and comfortable

Room was extremely small compared to the cost. No place to keep luggage and we had to open on the floor. Once opened there was no space and had to hop around. House keeping was bad, didn’t make up the bed nor clean the carpet properly. Soap dispenser for bath was empty and not filled during housekeeping, hand towel was lying on the floor.

Good value for money place to stay. Comfortable room with very little traffic noise, conveniently situated in Melbourne. Kettle and fridge in room. Lots of good places to eat in surrounding city blocks. Room had a desk and complementary wifi, useful for some work I had to catch up on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only caveat would be to note that hotel main entrance is up a short flight of stairs.

I booked this property earlier in the year to avoid missing out on a busy weekend. We were charged $370 for a double room so had high expectations. Unfortunately the room was tiny and cramped, extremely old with scuff marks all over the walls and a ripped bed head. The property was undergoing renovations and even though we had paid a high price, we did not receive a newer room. We were attending a concert so left for the evening and did not question it at the time. We looked online the following morning and found the exact same room we were in was advertised for only $129 that night. Upon check out I queried the price and said we must have been overcharged to be told no, our price was correct at the time of the booking. I said that was not good enough and the quality of the room in no way reflected the exorbitant price. I was told the manager would contact us to discuss this further and have not heard a thing almost 2 weeks later. Extremely disappointed.

Small room but all clean. No working fridge for my diabetes insulin but reception very helpful, stored in their fridge. A microwave oven would be useful in rooms. Reception staff amazing, courteous and helpful. Cleaners the best.

I loved the caring and friendly staff. It was so close to my workplace. I will be staying here again. The only thing i found was that it co y ld be a bit noisy. Otherwise, it was clean and all the power outlets, appliances, lights etc all worked first time and everything was sparkling clean. Thanks so much. Great find.

This Hotel is very close to the Southern Cross Station for Metro trains, Trams, Country Trains and Interstate trains to Sydney and Adelaide. The bus from Tullamarine Airport also terminates here so this is a good location for using public transport
