The interior deign of the hotel was amazing! It gave an instant creative vibe to our experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Top level bar was a great added bonus.

On the whole quite good. Except that I am not keen on using those advanced i t devices, I found it difficult to operate the electrical switches to turn on / off lights, air- con ….etc. Fortunately staff are friendly and eager to help The welcoming drink was great and staff was friendly Location is convenient. There’s a homeless person sleeping on the floor near the entrance of hotel, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable

Everything is great except the entrance: the main door of the hotel does not face the street but is next to the back street, and 50 meters away from the main door is the back-supply area of ​​the shops. And the main door is very small and not easy to find. Perhaps an outdoor billboard on the second/third floor would improve the situation.

We had a really nice stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the pool and gym area was well equipped. Parking was a 10 minute walk away so make sure you drop off luggage then park

I loved the location, so central for everything. Great when you’re a walker! Also good for trams and so close to Southern Cross Station. We had two bookings in series, one room for two nights and the second room for three nights. This was because of last minute changes in our arrangements. The staff were excellent at coordinating the swap over and helped move us into the second room. Both rooms were great so it wasn’t inconvenient in any way. Level 25 was a nice little surprise with incredible views, wonderful personalised service and some very delicious snacks with a drink at night. I will definitely want to be booking into the Hyatt Centric in my future visits to Melbourne.

We only stayed for a few hours instead of overnight, however I thought the room was in a quiet place facing the street, spacious, clean and good separation between the bathroom and bed. I was mostly impressed by the friendliness of Francisco when we arrived at Reception. If there is a good offer for accommodation, we would definitely stay again before the end of the year.
