Everything was fine like cleaning and location of hotel, easy parking, but the reception staff boy made it terrible when I checked in he was not welcoming did not explain anything hotel facilities which made me upset. But during checkout time girls were amazing but I will never visit this hotel again due to unwelcoming staff.

This hotel is great for a short stay . The pool is amazing and the shopping centre nearby is great. In room dining and the breakfast buffet are not the best . But with the food court nearby you probably won’t mind !

The service at hotel Chadstone was an absolute pleasant surprise compared to the many hotel options we have tried in the city. The restaurant was also fantastic for breakfast and exceeded expectations for the cost.

Nice place very clean room staff are nice and professional. I didn’t like the pillows in the room. But I didn’t check to see if they had alternatives. Pool was great but I didn’t like the booths that you can rent. As the was not enough chairs to sit on and leave your stuff. Other than that we had a great time
