The Hiigh Apartments are reasonably comfortable. The Apartment was safe and secure. The underground garage was handy. Instructions about our apartment was reasonably poor. Our host assumed we had internet and sent all instructions by email, which of course being an overseas visitor, we did not have straight away. We only had the two towels so had to wash and dry all the time, and when we were out touring all the time, found it difficult to get anything washed and dry again! No instructions on getting extra supplies for our room, nor any information on the room exit instructions. Again we needed to be proactive in getting things sorted. The Apartmnet is handy to the tram and city. The bedroom area was pretty small. Overal

I had the feeling the sheets on the bed were not fresh/clean. The bathroom was grotty and felt as someone just doesnt take cleaning seriously. Even the teatowel was used and not fresh. No on site manager to call. Disappointing throughout.

The property is located right next to the tram stop to the city so great for transport. It is also not far from a few bigger hospitals that is handy. There are cafes and pubs nearby as well as Chaple street shops.

Had a bit of trouble finding the unit and a bit of a hiccup with communications. After that all good. Very close to cafes and other eating options. Transport via trams right at the door almost. .

Prahan apartment
Our apartment was central to Prahan but on the 5th floor so away from the noise. It was clean and facilities were in good condition. Would stay again.
