Hotel is in a very convenient location, staff were pleasant and it was reasonably priced, that's it for positives. Received news at 3pm that i had to be home early next day, called desk and requested to cancel breakfast booking. Was told because i booked via Wotif that it wasnt possible, offered us take away as a compromise (we live an house away, it would have been terrible), i dont think a refund on breakfast the day prior is unreasonable considering the hotel will be paid by Wotif. Beds were terribly flat and soft, sunk into them. Walls covered in marks and stains. Room fridge was off when we arrived (milk for coffee warm, probably want to throw that out), i switched on. 10pm fridge sounded like a rocket taking off (probably why prior guest switched off). Photos of bathroom via Wofit not indicative of the bathroom we had in the room. Overall if you're looking for a cheap, convenient hotel and absolutely nothing else, this is probably for you. I booked this thinking it was a different hotel we'd been to before (down the road), thats on me but our experience was average at best regardless.

Perfect for a no-fuss quick interstate getaway. Fantastic location within the free tram zone. Easy access to all areas of the CBD. The rooms were simple but comfortable, quiet, great value for money and we were able to get parking onsite. We will definitely come here again when next in Melbourne.

The hotel was close to public transport and easier to get to. It was near to places of interest and food. The hotel was clean, the bathroom was new, and maybe some new carpet overall, the place was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
