Difficult to open front door. Bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. Ugly area around room. No attention to making it look pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Foothills. The rooms are a great size, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed is enormous and super comfy! Our room was in D block which was super quiet. The location is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous maintained gardens and the venue nestled among a stunning forest setting. We didn't have our children with us this time but there is a playground and games room that would be wonderful for kids. The lady at reception who checked us in was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at Foothills Conference Centre next time we are in the area.

The surroundings are beautiful and it’s so peaceful. The room was fantastic and the bed was amazing. The water pressure in the shower was great. It was such a pleasurable stay and the communication was great as we didn’t check in until after 5pm. Before I realised the time we received a text on how to go about entering the property and then also the room. Thank you, would highly recommend

Hidden gem in outer eastern Melbourne
This is the second time I have stayed here for leisure and both times have been perfect. Though it's a conference centre, accommodation is available to general public, and the room size is great. Always clean, decent rates and, so long as you have a car, in a great location for exploring outer eastern Melbourne. Massive, comfortable king size beds, spacious bathrooms and even the basic rooms have either a couch or individual longe chairs with table. Highly recommended and I will stay here again when next in the area.

Huge king-sized bed in a huge room...just fantastic!! Wished we had had the time to explore the property a bit more. Will certainly recommend this accommodation to others. Keep up the great work!

Have been staying here regularly for over two and a half years for work, but the service and property has declined over the last few visits. Last visit - a holes in the sheets - and not changed, only two towels when paid for a bath room, room needed to be cleaned, fridge was not cold and would not cool - had notified of this on a few visits.This visit I was offered a full refund and I went elsewhere. The toliet, only one button worked - just, no blanket, again two towels, room needed to be cleaned and again the fridge not cool nor would it. The MANAGER - who would not give her name really did not care, in fact said that they had had their staff meeting the night before - ie I dont think they should have been charging for accomodation. Very dissapointing as a long term customer and yes I did reach out - but no one cared so I moved on to better - much better. I should have done it sooner.

We had a lovely stay. Very tranquil place. We had one problem though but only discovered it after the reception was closed. There was no plug for the bathroom sink.!
