The staff were absolutely helpful. The check in is at 3pm. However, I arrived to the hotel few hours earlier and I asked if I can check in earlier if possible. The staff member was so nice and told she will give me a call once my room is ready. Couple of hours later, I received a call and email saying that I can check in early. This was so nice of them as I arrived so early and was so tired and cold. Thank you Team

The communication from staff was poor, and we had several issues relating to our room amenities, including miscommunication on a third portable bed. Despite many attempts to contact staff, I was unable to get a response, and upon checking in, there was an attempt to charge us extra for an additional bed. Our room didn’t have enough towels for the amount of travellers, and even when I asked reception to send towels they didn’t. Eventually we ended up with our balcony door stuck open which resulted in us needing to get moved to another room late in the evening. Despite an ‘upgrade’ we ended up in a room with no openable windows, a bath where the plug didn’t seal, lights that we couldn’t turn off and still not enough towels. All in all it looked luxurious however was quite a frustrating and uncomfortable stay.

The hotel is in a central location. Check in was friendly and quick. Hotel decor is lovely. Pool area is lovely. The bedroom is small, and the weird glass in the bathroom meant that people in the room had full view of the person in the shower, not ideal for families. The bed is rock hard- I’ve gotten up with no sleep and a busted back. This is a big let down for me.

Was locked out of my room first night as staff forgot to take payment on check in. Would have been fine to pay or be informed but when I went to reception felt as though they thought I did it deliberately. Bedding is uncomfortable and could hear loud rattling in walls through the night. Very limited room service menu late at night, was not able to order from the online portal even water and got that via uber eats. If you are have any dietary requirements you will not have options on the late menu. Had a mouse under our table at the bar and bar staff was not phased when informed. Not sure if I got them on a bad weekend but was not a pleasant experience.

Ours was a great few days getaway in a lovely welcoming city hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed the shopping and many restaurants nearby and would recommend the experience for couples or families
