a good comfortable hotel. we came for a long weekend so stayed 2 nights. the hotel staff were very accommodating and the we enjoyed our stay. the room was spacious and comfortable although the bed was a little more firm than i usually like. the room was clean and tidy however we did have to call up to have the room restocked with some basics like coffee pods and toilet paper - not a big issue. i also had the pleasure of using the pool. a very nice pool space - was relaxing to have this amenity.

The reception area was very disorganised and smelt bad. Didn't feel very welcome and were ignored in favour of a returning guest who after us in the queue. Breakfast was disorganised. Trying to order eggs via an app did not work as the app failed. Was there for a birthday. Were emailed by the hotel that it would be a special stay. No recognition of it was made at all. Extremely disappointed.
