This place in need a a massive upgrade. For the price we paid for the night, it really wasn't that nice. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, mould in the grout, stains in the bath (spa bath- i imagine the jets would be filthy too), blood or other on the top of the doona (under the sheet/cover). The beds and pillows were also average. On a positive note the location to the tram and soon to be new station at ANZAC Station was handy. Reception staff were also friendly.

The room was okay, the reception on the tele was poor and the bathroom could do with a deep clean, mouldy grout and a stained bath, the bed moved a bit due to being on rollers! The lift was good and the check in process was okay, bit of a battle trying to get into the place due to cranes and trucks, but for the money it served a purpose

The staff were wonderful, however the lift was broken on 2 days of our 3 day stay. The rooms were extremely dated and dirty. The type of dirty that is built up over time, grime on the kick boards, stains on the white sheets and the wet area was a disgrace, mould like substance throughout the shower. The sink was leaking into a bucket under the sink with a sign saying do not remove. Water damage to the cabinets. Guest book advised there was foxtel channels, but there wasn’t. Property was in a convenient location close to a tram and just 15 mins in to the CBD. A great hotel if you are after a quick stop in and not intend to shower.

Information on the wotif confirmation email was incorrect: it said the front desk was open until 11pm. When I phoned at 8:30pm I was told it was about to close and I needed to get there quickly! We had to leave our concert early to check in. Also, when I phoned the previous day I was told parking for an extra car was $10 and when we arrived I was about to be charged $20 until I showed the phone record. The room was adequate, bed comfortable, linen clean. The shower taps were very difficult to turn, but the water pressure was great.

Great location and for the price was value for money. Staff welcoming and friendly. Beds really comfortable. Parking on site. Will stay here again. Need to replace the TV remote control, a couple of more comfortable chairs and that will make it a great place to stay.

Dirty and filthy property, air con making a noise all throughout - gave me a headache. Shower was old and dirty. Broken light fittings!! Horrible. On asking for a change of room, was told I can't as they had no cleaners on, even though I had only just entered the room for 5 min.
